Not sure really but it the glaive in bannerlord is essentially the same as the hafted blade in warband. Great on foot against infantry swinging but can also be used against cav thrusting even with shield. But the real highlight is using it on horse, at speed you'll end up hitting for 300 odd damage but even stood still you'll one shot most enemies!
